Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your recipe collections and support your order. This page explains exactly what that is.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and phone number that you enter at checkout.
• Order details: the products purchased, amounts and payment status.
• Marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring page and the Meta click identifier, so we know which ads work.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser user agent, used for fraud prevention and analytics.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Card and bank details are entered on PayPal's own systems — they never touch our servers and we never store them.

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance. Personal identifiers sent to Meta are hashed (SHA-256) before transmission and are used only for conversion matching.

How long we keep data

Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and support. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
